Architect Boye Akinola and Boye Luxury Homes, LLC (BLH) (formerly bA Properties) and a building arm of Boye Architecture/BoyeHomePlans.com (located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA) over the last 32 years has been actively designing, building, developing and strategically investing in the custom home residential real estate sector in the South Atlanta Metro area (an area already known to house affluent African American Fortune 500 corporate executives, film and music celebrities, professional athletes, entrepreneurs and other medical/technological/institution/government/industry professionals).
Boye Luxury Homes is an experienced home design/builder/developer and is led by Architect Boye Akinola, AIA who is an experienced architect, builder and developer with over 31 years experience in the residential construction, commercial and residential design, building, development and financing sector. Architect Boye and Boye Luxury Homes (constructing homes as bA Properties and D+A Custom Home Builders) has built over 100 homes in the Atlanta area.
Custom Home Building Experience
1. Architect Boye in the past 32 years has built over 100 homes in the Atlanta area as builder partner with D+A Custom Home Builders from 1996 to 2004 and as principal builder/owner of bA Design/Build and bA Properties from 2004 till 2018.
2. At D+A Custom Home Builders, Architect Boye built quality custom homes ranging from $450,000 to over $1 million for homeowners based on their luxury plans and based on custom home plans designed by Architect Boye and from BoyeHomePlans collection. Some of our clients Architect Boye built for were Bronner Residence, Walker Residence, Rhonda Residence, Giles Residence, Penix Residence, Oluleye Residence, Maurice Jackson Residence, Smith residence, Mr. & Mrs. Jackson Residence, Gray Residence, to name a few.
3. At Boye Luxury Homes, LLC, Architect Boye has financed and built quality custom homes ranging from $450,000 to over $1 million for homeowners, several spec homes (raised capital to build to sell) based on custom home plans designed by Architect Boye and from www.BoyeHomePlans.com collection as well as development of a 29 acre subdivision. Some of our clients Architect Boye built for were Akinola Residence, Tiffany Spec House, Wildwood Subdivision in Conyers to name a few.

Architect Boye is sole owner/principal architect designer/creative innovator for this plan collection.

Architect Boye has extensive experience in partnering with national/regional large home builders (like John Wieland and Homes, Jones & Minear Home Builders, Knight Homes, Ryland Homes to name a few) and small home designing custom homes like Classic Smith Builders and Crown Custom Builders, RMT Construction to name a few), in the custom home building advisory, marketing and branding, design of custom front elevations, and use of boyehomeplans.com best selling plans and custom home building advisory for luxury homes from $450,000 to over $1.5 million.
7. From 1996 to 2008 these builders mentioned above were focused on supplying the South Metro Atlanta custom home market and Architect Boye was hired by these national/regional large home builders and several others to assist and partner with them in the in their successful execution of their custom home building and design/marketing/sales strategy.
8. Architect Boye and his custom design plans and elevations were branded for each neighborhoods developed by these builders in South Metro Atlanta and Architect Boye was hired as Featured Architect for the strategic marketing and selling these neighborhoods on the builder’s behalf.
